19th Century Gardener's cottage in Surrey

As a garden designer, Judy Painter was intrigued when sent property details of a former gardener’s cottage on the Kent Surrey borders. Situated on a south-facing hillside with an outlook that stretches on a fine day to the South Downs, the cottage dating from 1890, formed part of a neighbouring country estate, long since broken up.
