Converted chapel in West Sussex village

Having scoured the south coast of England for months in their quest to find a property near the sea, the moment Mandy and Grant McPherson discovered a picturesque West Sussex village, they were enchanted.  Minutes later, after setting foot in an historic converted chapel, the pair realised their search was finally over.  ‘Suddenly everything fell into place,’ Mandy recalls. ‘Within days of viewing this unique house, we’d snapped it up.’ After uncovering their coastal idyll by chance, the couple took up the challenge and have given this dated property a completely new lease of life.  ‘We adore our visits here,’ says Mandy. ‘In fact, we love them so much that we’ve recently decided to rent our chapel out when we’re not here, so others can enjoy the area too.  ‘Whether it’s a stroll around the harbour with our dog, Maddie, or exploring further afield, there’s just so much to do.  ‘In fact, neither of us feel we will ever tire of our exceptionally lucky find, or our coastal lifestyle.’
