This flat situated on the first floor of an Edwardian mansion block in Kensington is the result of a professional collaboration between Interior Designer Paul Williams and Australian Architect Alan Higgs. The latter completely reconfigured the interior in order to adapt it to present day lifestyle requirements and at the same time maximise the sense of space and light. The white-painted bespoke kitchen formerly at the rear of the building is now located at the front next to the living room with an opening in the wall now connecting the two rooms. Newly installed double doors leading into the entrance hall from both rooms add to the sense of openness and movement. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom and study are now at the rear.
