Christmas with antique dealer turned interior designer Kate Pols in Berkshire; Kate bought her delightful and isolated cottage about 4 years ago and transformed what was a run-down and neglected home into a comfortable and much-loved house. Her tastes are firmly traditional English as was the furniture she bought and sold when she was an antiques dealer. Her house is furnished with a collection of English period furniture which she has assembled over the years. This year, her daughter Charlotte and her family could not spend christmas with Kate but Charlotte dropped in on Christmas Eve to exchange presents. On christmas day, Kate entertained her friends Fiona, Rupert and Duncan for dinner.
