17th century Cotswold barn conversion dressed for Christmas

Some years ago the owners of this 17th century Gloucestershire barn decided to look for a weekend bolthole in the country. "I’d come to realise that I’m not really a city girl," says the owner relaxing in front of the fire, after a brisk walk through the snow-covered fields which surround her Cotswold home. The barn isn’t enormous but excellent use has been made of the available space.
